A LITTLE BIT ABOUT OUR CONDO...
Lokelani B205 has been in our family since 1976. We want others to enjoy our home away from home like we do. The condo had a major remodel in January 2017 for a modern look. We update something every year to keep our condo up to date. In the fall of 2022 we installed an air conditioner that cools the entire condominium. Ceiling fans & portable fans are provided. Each lanai has an outside drop down screen to keep the afternoon sun from directly shining into the condo. The downstairs lanai has 2 outdoor ceiling fans that provide comfort while enjoying the sounds of the ocean.

Lokelani offers you a dream vacation getaway. Enjoy all the comforts of home while you spend time in paradise. The private lanai (balcony) downstairs and the lanai off master bedroom upstairs have unobstructed views of the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai. The sight and sound of the ocean are everywhere.

Our condo is supplied with the necessary bedding and linens plus it has it's own full size washer and dryer, laundry soap is provided. The kitchen and eating areas give you the flexibility to dine in or out. You can eat at the indoor dining room table or sit at the outdoor lanai patio set. For outdoor cooking barbecues are located oceanside and near the parking lot/pool. For those who prefer not to cook in our well stocked kitchen, there are many quality restaurants nearby.

Lokelani has over 1100 square feet of living space with the two bedrooms on upper level. The master bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, television and private balcony with a breathtaking ocean view. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The unit has two bathrooms with walk in showers (one on each level). The lower level living room has a queen sleeper sofa bed and large sliding doors leading to private lanai which overlooks the beach and ocean.

Enjoy your days swimming and playing in the warm Pacific ocean or sunning at Lokelani's pool. Wonderful sightseeing is all around. Championship golf courses and public tennis courts are only minutes from Lokelani.

WHERE ARE WE....
We are located between the beautiful Ka’anapali resorts and Kapalua. We are close to shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants, only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries. Everything you need is within walking distance so you could go days without getting in your car. Walk down to the farmer’s market — a very short walk — and get the best papayas, pineapples and mangoes, along with a lot of other things (don’t miss the guacamole!).

A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. If you don’t want to get wet, there’s even a submarine that can take you into the deeps while you view its mysteries from the comfort of a warm cabin. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. All this can be done just minutes, even steps away from your Maui vacation rental!

  Condo has incredible views both from the upstairs master bedroom and the main downstairs living area. Both up/down have very spacious balconies. Floor to ceiling screen doors for the view. Beach is right in front of property where we saw Sea Turtles come right to shore.

  Lokelani - B205 was the perfect accommodation! We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted with local goodies upon arrival. Our family stayed 6 nights and were very pleased with the comfy beds for a full night’s rest, the fully stocked kitchen to cook amazing meals, and the gorgeous ocean view. The location was great. We enjoyed walking for coffee, cinnamon rolls, and local food trucks. There were beautiful beaches within a 10-minute drive. Also, check out the Whaler’s Shopping Village when you stay. There were plenty of supplies for the length of time we stayed. My only suggestion is to bring additional personal hygiene items such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion if staying more than 3 days. We will definitely stay here again!

  This was our second time staying in this apartment, and it did not disappoint. The added a/c was a nice touch as well! Having the 2 lanais, a washer/dryer, and all the kitchen amenities made it great. Add the beach and a pool downstairs and life just doesn't get any better!

  This was the perfect place for our group of 6! We loved that the unit had air conditioning so we could sleep in the cold like we’re used too. Super quiet property, never heard a peep out of anyone else while we were there. This one will stay on our go-to list when we come back. Having a reserved parking spot is also a plus. Never had to worry about where we’d park like at some other properties nearby.

  Five of us spent 8 wonderful nights at B205. The views, especially sunsets, were spectacular. The location was ideal, close to shopping and restaurants. The condo was cozy and clean. The beach is small but the snorkeling was great. Lots of sea turtles to see. We did not make use of the small pool but that did not affect our overall positive experience. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

  This was my 5th time to Maui, and this was one of my favourite places to stay. The property was amazing - no concerns at all with anything. AC, fully stocked, clean and well-maintained. You can't get a better view! Two floors and two lanais provided tons of space. Comfortable living areas to unwind in the evening. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Private beach with turtle sightings every day. There was nothing missing that I wished was available! I would definitely recommend this place to others. A quiet property, units very soundproof. If you book here, you won't regret it!

  This is our fourth stay at Lokelani and this stay was as great as the first three!!
  Just steps from the water we were able to watch wildlife swim by including multiple turtles every day. We were also very fortunate to see a Monk seal go by on two occasions and a spotted eagle ray too.
  Don't forget to snorkel in front of the condos along the rocks. We saw a couple of varieties of moray eels which were also pretty cool.
  As for the unit, it's very well appointed with lots of space to spread out and very comfortable. The only downside is that it does get pretty warm in the afternoon, but there are lots of fans to cool it down a bit.
  Be sure to go to Star Noodles just outside Lahaina Town for lunch or dinner. The view is very nice and the food is amazing!!
  Stop by the Lahaina Cannery Mall for a free 'ukelele lesson on Thursdays. Jason from Lahaina Music is an excellent teacher and I'd recommend his shop if you want to buy one so you can continue learning how to play, I did.

  The location on the beach, beautiful views of the ocean. Condo clean and had everything we needed. We lost power due to rain and didn’t have TV or internet, but the the management was quick in trying to get that resolved. It was very hot while we were in Maui, it would have been nice to have air conditioning in the condo we stayed in especially at night as there wasn’t any trades winds.

  This condo was absolutely fabulous and exceeded our expectations. From the views of the water to the super convenient location to the the swimmable beach down the way to the very well-appointed kitchen, we couldn't have asked for a better place. The two bedrooms are upstairs (one with a stunning ocean view another with a view of the back of the complex. Main BR is large, airy and cool. Downstairs great for lounging and relaxing after a day at the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella available for beach days which was extremely convenient. We loved the place and would happily return.

  We found the condo clean and well equipped. Everything was in great shape except for the stove. The right front burner did not work. I have had experience with this type of older model stove so was able to see that the burner element was not attached properly. I plugged it back in and it worked fine. One of the burner trays had burned on residue so I cleaned it. These are things the cleaners should check. They did not impact our stay but others may feel differently. The back casters broke off a chair. I reported it to the manager. Since it was still usable we did not take further action but he wanted to be sure we weren’t inconvenienced which we appreciated. The only other comment I have is that the lock box on the door that held the initial key was a different model than the one described in the email. That was confusing but fortunately we were able to figure it out. I did notice that there were two different types of boxes in doors. Just be sure to send the correct instructions next time. Overall we had a fabulous time, loved our visit and location and would love to come back.
