A105 Lokelani is a recently renovated 1 bedroom condo with all the amenities one would need to enjoy a Hawaiian vacation. Its modern, Indonesian inspired interior allows the simplicity and ease of use that welcomes the breathtaking views of Molokai and Lanai. Crashing surf is only a matter of 30 feet away. From modern light switches to its Euro inspired kitchen, this space efficient condo will delight including a combination microwave/convection oven. This condo has it's own washer & dryer (laundry soap is provided)

WHERE ARE WE....
We are located between the beautiful Ka’anapali resorts and Kapalua. We are close to shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants, only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries. Everything you need is within walking distance so you could go days without getting in your car. Walk down to the farmer’s market — a very short walk — and get the best papayas, pineapples and mangoes, along with a lot of other things (don’t miss the guacamole!).

A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. There's also Horseback riding tours. Road to Hana, which has 620 curves and 59 bridges, the road leads you through flowing waterfalls, flourishing rainforest, plunging pools and dramatic seascapes. Maui has some of the worlds most famous beaches to check out.

The sunsets are absolutely stunning, as well as morning coffee on the patio. The beach right out front is home to many sea turtles that love to sun bathe and snooze away.   Location, location, location! The place is right by the ocean, with good ocean breezes. It was hot (80s) when we were there but the place stayed cool and it never got too hot inside. Place is well stoked with kitchen utensils and laundry detergent. We saw three turtles in different times of the day by the beach. The little beach is private and good for swimming at any time of the day, and only a few people are there usually.

  We have stayed at Lokelani before but not this condo - loved the accommodations! Even the pull couch was comfy for sleeping. We saw whales and many moms with their babies, swam with turtles and watched them feed every night at the sea wall, beautiful sunsets and, when there was no sunset due to position of clouds, spectacular sky show of colors. There were tears when we left - we stayed longer than usual but even 10 days wasn't enough.

  This was our first time staying at Lokelani. For the last 30 years we've stayed about a mile up the road but it was all booked up for our dates so we decided to give Lokelani a try. We very much enjoyed our stay! I read a lot of reviews before we booked so just want to address a few points - yes it is true that maybe some of the decor/furniture is a bit outdated, but we enjoy the kitsch and also everything was well functioning and clean, and we spent most of our time doing activities or sitting outside so having "outdated" style didn't matter to us because we didn't spend all that much time in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of plates, cooking tools etc though we needed to restock oils, spices, foil, ziplocs, etc. Laundry machine worked fine, shower was great (water hot quickly, strong water pressure). We like to have the ocean breeze and fans instead of using AC and felt that it didn't get too stuffy/hot at night with just the fan. It is a bottom floor unit so we definitely got woken up by the people above us a few times (children running back and forth early in the morning, and one of the days what we could only assume was packing since we kept hearing slamming noises), so just something to be aware of if you're not an apartment dweller who's already used to noises like this. In terms of beach access, you'll need to be aware that you have to pay attention to the tides, because sometimes it's easy to walk over to the beach in front of the building to the north of Lokelani, but when the tide is high the waves do get pretty strong and I didn't feel safe trying to jump in and swim over to the beach. But in the mornings it was easily accessible and we'd have a nice walk over there. The unit is very close to grocery stores, coffee, takeout, ABC store, gas, etc. So overall, had a great time, we'd come back and stay in this unit again!

  We rented 2 condos through Lokelani's Management rather than VRBO or AirBNB. It was at the beginning of the Corona Virus when everyone was stockpiling TP. Because we had rented from Lokelani we weren't affected by the shortage of paper goods as many other guests who rented direct from VRBO were. Lokelani kept us supplied with these needs eliminating problems that other guests experienced. Having always rented from Lokelani, I find their staff to be very accommodating to our needs and would recommend renters and owners use their team to make your visiter's/ing experience the best that it can be.

  Great condo! We appreciated that it was so well supplied with things like laundry and dishwasher detergent, little things that often aren't provided with a condo stay. Well maintained and well managed property. The view was perhaps the best I've ever had in a beach stay. We were in a one bedroom unit which wasn't air conditioned, and did find it somewhat warm. However, all the ceiling fans and the breeze from the open windows made it pretty comfortable. We would definitely return!

  Second time staying at Lokelani, can't wait for next one. This place is truly a hidden gem. Liz in the office is just awesome, will help you with anything. To be perfectly honest, I would not stay in this particular unit again because there is no A/C. It stated it in the description, I just didn't pay attention, a mistake I wont make again. There are other things I think the owner of this condo should address, such as missing smoke detector. Also the fact you can't properly load utensils in dishwasher due to broken basket. Minor details, but should probably be corrected. All in all a great stay and I can't wait to come back in 2020. We wouldn't stay anywhere else

  This was the perfect place to stay. We loved almost everything about the condo complex. We already planned another trip for next year. Our only complaint would be the unit we stayed in had no air conditioning and because you are on the bottom there is no cross breeze. It was rough. They had one small fan that we took with us all through the house just to keep from being sweaty all the time. We will never stay in unit 105A again. But everything else about the unit was wonderful. I.e. Location, supplies, comfort, view, and the furniture. The Management was Incredibly helpful with every question I had about the condos as well as Maui in general. We won’t stay anywhere else in Maui except at Lokelani condos when we visit Maui.

  We returned to Lokelani- A105 after 2 years away. Just the memory of walking through those doors to the lanai and seeing that ocean view made the wait bearable. Relaxation was the main goal of this trip and our stay at Lokelani delivered again. You can't beat the view, easy access to the beach, walking distance to the farmers market, and seeing all of the sea turtles steps away from the condo was a wonderful bonus! We hope to return again soon. The condo had everything we needed and looked the same as it did in 2016. The only two things that would have made our stay more comfortable would be to have an oscillating fan (when the trade winds don't blow, and no AC it can be brutal), and to update the LR couch and bedroom mattress - after a few days, both of our backs and hips were killing us.

  This was our fourth visit to Maui and we have loved everywhere we stayed but Lokelani is now our favorite. This was a last minute trip and A105 was the only available condo with an ocean view in our price range. When we arrived we saw how much we lucked out. The unobstructed view from the lanai of the incredibly beautiful greens and blues of the surf, whale spouts, breaches, and whale tails, was more than we could have hoped for. The lanai patio furniture was the nicest we saw. The condo is lovely and comfortable on the inside, too. It is one-half mile or about a 10 minute walk to the Maui Fish Market, and also Ohana Tacos, two of our favorite places to get lunch or dinner. We ordered take out and ate on our lanai since there were no better views anywhere. Bath and beach towels are provided and the washer/dryer in the condo assures you won't run out of clean clothes or swimsuits. The beach at the end of the walk is wide and generously sandy and is the favorite spot for Hawaiian green sea turtles to push themselves out of the water and warm themselves in the sun. Everyone was very good about staying at least 10 feet away but that was close enough to get great pictures. We can't wait to go back!

  What a lovely place to stay.right on the beach, close to everything you would want for the perfect island holiday; restaurants, coffee shops, farmers market, golf, groceries all so close...Whalers Mall is just down the road where you find some lovely stores; Lahaina is very close for some incredible meals and evening entertainment. The unit is very comfortable but the kitchen needs a few basics; but everything else was lovely...nice lanai where you can sit and watch the whales and gorgeous sunsets!! Will love to return for another holiday.

  We had wonderful stay. Liz was very helpful and considerate of our needs and special requests. On a minor note, I would suggest the automatic lawn sprinklers be turned off after rainy days to avoid waste. There were a couple non-working specialty ceiling lights and a smoke detector in A105, and the Bose stereo/radio needs the optional antenna. Otherwise, everything was great!

  I really hate giving this place a great review....only because I don't want to give up the best place to stay on the island!!! This condo has everything, plus it's own private beach. If you want to look at the beautiful ocean everyday and night this is the place. You have a private patio, with ocean only feet away. This condo is huge, clean, & stocked with everything you could possibly need and things you didn't even think about needing. Gift basket, brochures on places to eat and play. Clean clean clean, comfortable, stocked full, it was more than I imagined. It made our stay very enjoyable, & the only place we will stay now when we come to Maui.

  Our stay was wonderful loved the condo, only had 1 negative, during our stay the nights were about 85' and this condo had no AC. My best friend and her husband stayed in another condo at Lokelani near ours and they had an option to rent a portable air conditioner for the bed room and we would have loved that option. Between the heat and the humidity a good night rest would have been awsome.

  A group of us stayed here for a wedding and we were very happy with it. Right on the ocean, with amazing views of Molokai. Easily accessible beach, and tons of turtles. Each condo has a little character, which is nice. I personally recommend getting one with A/C in the bedroom if you come in July/ August. Only few downsides: Parking is tight and the pool kinda sucks. But I will be back for certain

  The on-line reviews were not exagerating when they said "...this is a hidden gem!" For those who are lioking for a condo experience rather than a resort experience, this is a place not to be missed. We stayed 7 nights and it was a perfect base from which to explore Maui as well as kick back and relax at the end of the day. The highlights for us were the stunning views of Moloka?i and Lana?i right off the lanai, especially at Sunset. The Green Sea Tutles (honu) were a delight to watch, whether feeding on the seaweed on the rock wall or sunning themselves on the beach. Lu and her staff were very friendly and helpful, even lending us a Tour Guide CD for our trip to Hana as well as recomending good sites to visit. Alrhough the office was closed when we arrived, the condo was open and ready for us. The layout of the condo was perfect for viewing the ocean and islands from the couch, table, or lanai. The bedroom was spacious, and the dual entry bathroom (from either the kitchen or bedroom was very handy. The condo was tastefully decorated and the kutchen had all we needed. We will come back to stay here again the next time we visit Maui!

  What a great place to relax! My wife and I rented A104 and our friends rented two different first level condos, all next to each other. We saw many sea turtles swimming in the reefs and beach area everyday! All of the features in our condo were great, though the last few days we were there we wished that we had AC. The office staff was super friendly, and you can't beat the views and the close proximity to shopping and dining. We will definitely book here again.

  Pleasantly surprised with the fantastic view. A lot of people upstairs thus noisy in the morning and evenings.

  We stayed on Maui for 5 nights as part of a once in a lifetime "bucket list" vacation where we included our two adult sons and daughter-in-law. We stayed in A-105 with our younger son, & our older son & his wife stayed in A-103. We were on the first floor of this small "truly island' condo complex and at the opposite end from the small beach which allowed a very peaceful stay. We were separated from the Pacific ocean only by a small sea wall, on which we were able to sit and watch the giant sea turtles on the underground rocks 10 feet away. Outdoor grills were available which allowed us to cook our "catch of the day" of Mahi Mahi from our morning fishing excursion and enjoy our family dinner together on one of our lanais under a beautiful full moon- ah paradise! The condos were charming, yet updated. This location is very close to all you need yet seems like you are on another island away from the large commercial hotels and condos nearby. I wouldn't stay anywhere else on Maui!

  We had a great time in Maui. Our condo was very nice. And it was nice to have our own beach to go to right out the door. The one thing I wish our condo had was a bigger fridge. The fridgewas about half the size of a regular sized one.

  The Lokelani is amazing! Our condo (A105) was was clean, organized and was new and beautifully decorated. We lived sitting out on the lanai and watching the sunset. There was tons of turtles that would come right up to the rocks to feed. The beach was convienent and not overcrowded. The location was perfect for easy access to Lahaina and Knappali, and exploring the north west side of the island. The only downside that I can think of was not having AC in the condo, but even that wasn't a huge deal. Loved the Lokelani so much and would reccomend it to anyone.

  I have to say we loved the condo it was great there were a few problems which is why I would never stay in this condo again. When there was someone up stairs walking it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling very noisy all hours of the night.... Also the water didn't stay hot during showers. I would recommend the property to friends just not any condo except upper level....

  The location is beautiful,the staff friendly & helpful. The condo kitchen and bath were nicely upgraded and appliances worked well.
  However, the sofa sleeper & matching chair were worn, faded & a little ragged. That in itself was not so bad, but they smelled of old age and body odor. I did not sit on them the entire stay.
  The WIFI in the room had to be reset often, and at times we could only send text messages from our phones, VOIP did not always work. Very limited bandwidth.
