Lokelani C102 has been recently remodeled featuring an updated superbly appointed kitchen, new adjustable lighting and fans, new Cal-King Beauty Rest bed. The freshly tiled lanai offers a stunning unobstructed view of Molokai. The unique “Jack and Jill” access to the bathroom and the queen size sofa bed make this one bedroom unit very comfortable for two couples or a family of four. WHERE ARE WE....
We are located between the beautiful Ka’anapali resorts and Kapalua. We are close to shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants, only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries. Everything you need is within walking distance so you could go days without getting in your car. Walk down to the farmer’s market — a very short walk — and get the best papayas, pineapples and mangoes, along with a lot of other things (don’t miss the guacamole!).

A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. There's also Horseback riding tours. Road to Hana, which has 620 curves and 59 bridges, the road leads you through flowing waterfalls, flourishing rainforest, plunging pools and dramatic seascapes. Maui has some of the worlds most famous beaches to check out.

  We were Lokelani returners. Stayed main floor this time & loved walking out right to the water’s edge...stunning setting. Loved having turtle visitors most every afternoon on the beach next door.
  Showing its age a bit but in overall good condition. Comfortable king-size bed.
  We did have a couple maintenance issues - but very quick to attend to.
  A/C was having issues & not real “user friendly” to operate (found the manual & that helped!)
  The pool is right outside the bedroom window. If you are early to bed people & it’s being used...it’s noisy! But, was never an issue with quiet hours.
  Whole process was super easy - from booking to arrival/departure info.

  Beautiful ocean front complex. Very easy complex to settle into. Beach access we 50ft away and had a nice sandy bottom to walk out into the ocean at. Pool was small, but seldom used by the guests, so was never crowded. Lots of BBQ on site, and never a line up to use one.

  We loved staying at the Lokelani condos. It's right on the beach, has a breakfast table and pool chairs outside so we spent a lot of time there. Saw some beautiful sunsets, some nice snorkeling too, and saw turtles swim up to the beach every afternoon. It's not the most upgraded but spotless and well stocked. The property manager was very responsive too. Very conveniently located, excellent fresh poke at The Fish Market nearby. Highly recommend this unit.

  Our time at the Lokeloni Condos was absolutely amazing. We stayed at this site 5 years ago, and our previous experience here was the main reason we returned to Maui. This time, we stayed in unit C102, located on the ground floor of this 3-floor complex. The unit was identical in layout to A102, which we stayed at previously. The room was clean and well stocked with housewares and supplies. We payed the extra daily fee for the bedroom air conditioning, which was a must for us. The patio/lanai gave us a breathtaking view (especially at sunset) of the ocean. Sea turtles came onto the beach near the seawall several evenings and we also saw a seal playing in the surf. The management staff communicated with us before and throughout our stay, but we had no issues to resolve.
  
  During our stay, we visited several restaurants on the island and all were outstanding (Dukes, China Boat, Southshore Grindz, Serpico's, and Hooked food truck). The Old Lahaina Luau (though expensive) is also a must-do experience, with wonderful food and a very entertaining show. We revisited Mama's Fish House for our anniversary, where the atmosphere was unbeatable, the service top-notch, and the food delicious. For activities, we did sunset at the top of Mt. Haleakala (no reservation required for sunset, but bring your warm layers or blankets). We also recommended Surf Cycle Hawaii in Makena Bay for a unique water biking experience.
  
  I don't believe we could have asked for a better location, accommodation, or experience for our vacation to Maui. I highly recommend Lokelani Condos, particularly unit C102.

  The view was great. We all loved having a walk out to swim into the ocean. Just be careful as there are no hand rails all the way down as you step into the ocean and it can be rocky, slippery, and waves can crash as you enter. We saw a lot of fish and turtles.   This was our first time in Maui. We've stayed in quit a few more larger and modern vacation homes over the years, but it'd be really hard to beat the location of this one. You walk 20 steps off your back lanai and you are standing right next to the Pacific Ocean. You can walk 15 steps out the front door and you're at the swimming pool. The condo was clean and tidy and plenty comfortable for me, my wife and adult daughter. Having a washer / dryer was a plus for our two week stay. Our friends at a different condo complex up the road didn't have one so they were envious. Go out of the parking lot and turn left for about 2 miles and you come to Kapalua Golf course and Fleming Beach. Turn right out of the parking lot and go 2 miles and you come to Front Street that is full of nice shops and resturants. It was January so we could sit out on the lanai and see whales out in the distance. Binoculars really help in whale watchinng, which happened to be provided in the condo. The only real complaints (and they are minor complanints), the small 15 inch TV in the bedroom is probably due for an upgrade. Also our daughter is in a wheelchair. Handicap parking would have been nice so we could get her in and out of the minivan eaiser. Overall I would definately recommend to any friends or family.

  The unit was very nice. The view was spectacular.
  
  We paid extra for the A/C in the bedroom and it was well worth it even though it never got that cool and was loud. We also used the overhead fan and a small fan in the bedroom to stay cool. The bathroom and kitchen were nice, new granite counter tops and faucets. Great water pressure in the shower. Refridge seals were not working properly so you had to make sure it was shut tight because it didn't close properly. Unit needed some deep cleaning of cabinets, walls and doors. Pool was nice. Saw lots of turtles on beach and in water. Beach was great for swimming and snorkeling. Had a great time and will be back.

  Our family cannot wait to go back. 13 steps to the ocean and ocean views from our condo. It was great being on the ground floor and we loved that we were so close to the beach. It was perfect for a quick dip in the morning or before heading out. We were close to everything and within a 10-20 minute drive to the Blowhole and to Lahaina, with lots of beaches in between. We loved it! The unit was well stocked too although we did buy shampoo and bar soap rather than only using the body and hand wash supplied. We had perfect weather to top off our vacation.

  My husband and I just returned from a 2 and a half week vacation to Hawaii. We stayed in six different accommodations on three different Hawaiian Islands and out of all the places we stayed Lokelani was my favourite! We loved that we were right on ground level and could just walk out onto the lanai right next to the Ocean! The place was clean, spacious and oh so peaceful! The unit was very well equipped. We enjoyed watching whales right from the comfort of the lounge chairs on the lawn next to our patio. We also loved visiting Lahaina (Cool Cats Cafe has the best burgers!) and snorkelling in the waters around the condo! It was a wonderful stay!

  We saw lots of turtle on the beach, fantastic. The unit above was being remodeled and my only complaint was that the contractor was consistently working outside the hours he was suppose too. He also broke thru the ceiling. The property managers would constantly intervene, but he just ignored them. I applaud the property managers efforts. Fortunately next time we are there the construction will be done.

  Like this place a lot. The location was perfect for us. We can walk or drive a short distance to places like restaurants, groceries. Very close to Kapalua airport. The view was fantastic from our condo. We got lucky and had 2 sea turtles on our beach one day! The beach was awesome, water very was very clear. The only downside was the no AC in the unit. But there's one in the bedroom. You have to pay if you want it on. They do have fans everywhere and the breeze at night was fine if you want to leave the sliding door open.

  We have been coming here for years.I really love the first floor units with the lanai opening to the lawn. The beach is right there. You can just spend your days here without having to go anywhere, just enjoy the view. It's just a short walk to the farmers market/store when you need fresh papayas or your Bad *** Coffee fix. I want to retire here.

  Really enjoyed the unit. Would definitely stay here again. Loved being so close to the ocean and seeing the sea turtles right off the shore. The only thing that wasn't stellar was the sofa. From the photo it looks great, but it needs replacing (lumpy cushions and uncomfortable hide-a-bed.) The King bed in bedroom was very comfortable. Kitchen will supplied. Felt safe at this location.

  Our fifth stay at Lokelani, this time for 16 days. Great condos. All units are beautiful ocean front. Kitchen was well stocked with quality utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, pots, pans, and etc. Lots of towels, including large beach towels. Very comfortable King size bed. The optional AC was well worth the additional cost. Management was excellent, friendly and very cooperative. Next year, we plan on staying for 3 weeks.

  What a beautiful location, we could see the sea from our bedroom and watch the waves rolling in even before we rose for the morning. What a way to start a vacation. The accomodation was spotlessly clean with all the equipment necessary for your stay. An eventful start to our holiday made it that our vacation started with a member of our party having a reduced amount of mobility, so whilst sitting relaxing on the lanai we watched the whales in the distance breaching well above the water (great the unit had binoculars for guest use)time and time again, stunning.   We totally enjoyed our stay in condo# C102, it was very clean, well maintained and convenient to shopping/restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property to relatives and friends. The staff (Kim & Liz) are so friendly and welcoming I felt like we were old friends. Kudos to Kim & Liz for making our stay so enjoyable.
  One restaurant that was fun for breakfast is called Slappy Cakes, very close to the condos. All of the tables have grills built in them so you can grill your own pancakes. This was a fun experience and I'm sure children would enjoy it.
  I would recommend the Sunset cruise at Lahaina Harbor on the Maui Princess for their diner cruise. My prime rib was cooked to perfection.
  I would also recommend having dinner & cocktails at Mick Fleetwood restaurant located across the street from the Maui Princess.
  I could go on and on how much we enjoyed our stay, but I won’t. I know when I go back to Maui, I will definitely stay at Lokelani Condos.
  Sitting on the Lani looking out over the ocean, truly makes you feel like you are in paradise.
