For the most memorable vacation, come stay with us at C206 Lokelani!

C206 is the closest two bedrooms unit to the beach access. This 1350 sq. ft. unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with large ocean front lanais on each level. The townhouse style will accommodate from 1 to 6 guests comfortably including an ocean front master with a Cal king, a guest bedroom with two long twins or together as a king and a high end sleeper sofa in the living area. All bedrooms are appointed with A/C and TV, just like in the main living area. The kitchen is well appointed, the living room includes a 65" Flat Screen, CD, Blu-ray, internet, and captive original Hawaiian artwork through out.

You choose to visit nearby quality restaurants or prepare your own meals in a well appointed kitchen. On the lower level, you will find the kitchen, living room, lanai, dining room, full bath, and laundry washer and dryer. On the upper level is our spacious master bedroom with its own private lanai, guest bedroom, and a full bath with two sinks. The owners are detailed oriented who refresh this unit through out the year. You will love what has been done. They also look forward to your comments.

Right in front is the warm Pacific Ocean waiting for you to sunbathe, swim, surf, snorkel, or scuba dive. We have both sand bottom and shallow reefs to enjoy. Enjoy the beautiful sharp colors of the morning sunlight as it plays across the mountains on the islands of Molokai and Lanai. You'll love the romantic and spectacular Hawaiian sunsets and moon rises, dancing across the water at the crossroads of the Auau and Pailolo channels. Watch as seasonal humpback whales and their young or giant green turtles swim past your two lanais or snoozing on the beach. Not to mention a near daily parade of colorful sailboats, outriggers, SUPs and surfers. In the evening, you'll feel the cool trade winds as you drift off to sleep listening to the gentle surf and occasional soft rustle of palm fronds.

After a day at the beach, you can take a dip in our sparkling pool or just relax on the lanai with a cool drink and enjoy the fragrant tropical flowers and the gentle trade winds. The ocean side barbecues and picnic tables, located on the well-manicured grounds, provide a perfect way to end the day with spectacular sunset dining.

Bookings are handled on-line or if you prefer by our on-site Lokelani management team. If our unit is not available for your dates, please send inquiry anyway as there may be other Lokelani condos available. If you are planning a family reunion or a trip with other families which requires the rental of more than our condo, additional condominium units can be made available at Lokelani. Simply indicate the number of units you would like to reserve in the 'comments and questions' box on the reservation page and our office manager will be happy to secure additional units for your vacation.

WHERE ARE WE....
We are located between the beautiful Ka’anapali resorts and Kapalua. We are close to shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants, only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries. Everything you need is within walking distance so you could go days without getting in your car. Walk down to the farmer’s market — a very short walk — and get the best papayas, pineapples and mangoes, along with a lot of other things (don’t miss the guacamole!).

  Great condo with comfortable furnishings and kitchen, but the best thing about it was being very close to the water. The sights and sounds of the waves made for such a peaceful experience. Some were swimming from the beach, which we would have done if it had been warmer. Many whale sightings from our lanai. Bree was quick to respond and helpful. The Lokelani is a perfect place to stay on Maui!

  A hidden gem in Maui.
  I loved this place. The view is incredible. Those photos are not trick photos. You can sit on your balcony and watch the waves on the beach. Watch the turtles come up and sunbathe. Actually there are two balconies. One on your main floor off the living room, and another upstairs off the master bedroom.
  Condo itself is in an older building but completely refreshed inside with a well appointed kitchen, dining table that seats 6 comfortably, and comfortable new beds. Air conditioning cools the entire place quickly on warm or humid days.
  Owners prepped the place before our arrival with thoughtful items we might need, and the unit itself was spotless.
  Condo is less than a 10 minute drive to the Kaanapali resort area, and Lahina Town with all the entertainment and restaurants available there. There were also restaurants and amenities close by the condo.
  I was a little worried about the beach prior to arrival, as I read the sand can sometimes wash out if there are storms but it was great. Really nice swimming, lots of turtles, and not crowded.
  Maui has gotten pretty expensive over the last while, especially for food, but with the kitchen and full size fridge in this unit, and the BBQ's just outside, you can save a lot of money with a walmart or costco trip and eat some of your breakfasts or dinners in. The kitchen is great for cooking and the dining area is comfortable.
  This unit (Lokelani C206) in particular is probably the best unit in the entire complex as it is on the north end of the complex and is the corner unit, featuring a corner view on the balconies and inside the living room and master bedroom. Very private and quiet. None of the other units appear to have a view like this one. You are on the second and third floors so no one walking by can look into the unit
  All in all, this was a great base for our vacation. I spent many hours just sitting on the balcony enjoying the fresh breeze and beautiful view. We

  There seriously aren’t enough positive things I can say about our stay at Lokelani. With only 36 units, and the ocean literally right off your lanai, I can’t imagine a more perfect, more private location. We watched whales daily right from our lanai, and had three sea turtles come ashore on our semi-private beach. Our two bedroom corner unit was exactly as it was represented in the photos, with everything we needed.
  The location of the complex is perfect as well. A grocery store right down the road, a cute (BadAss) coffee shop within walking distance to start the day, and a short 15 minute drive to Lahaina for shops, restaurants and art galleries.
  Last but not least, the management company was great to work with from making reservations to communication before and during our stay. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else and have already made reservations for 2024, and hope to now make this an annual stay.

  We were extremely pleased with the accommodations. They were exactly as promised. The room was very clean and well equipped for an experience, as if we were at home. The management and housekeeping staff were good about any questions we had. The location was right on the beach and it was easy to get to the places we wanted to go. Shopping was terrific. We were able to BBQ outside to enjoy some of the local foods. Also, the restaurants were great!

  Lokelani is a true gem (as advertised) in a quiet spot in the center of the West Maui craziness. You can go out for activities, attractions and restaurants then return to relax in an uncrowded area with convenient access to the beach, pool, gas grill, and parking. The condo is showing its age but is well equipped and comfortable and morning coffee or sunset drinks on the lanai's are not to be missed. If you can find a better condo, book it.   This is the third time we have stayed in Lokelani C 206. We have always enjoyed a beautiful vacation while we have stayed there. In the past the beach was actually there (next door in front of the Hale Mahina condos). It had easy access and plenty of room to spend the day and swim in the ocean. However, at this point in time, the beach is gone. If the tide is low enough, people can sit in chairs up against the seawall. To cross over to the beach it used to be an easy talk through the sand. The ocean has taken the sand away (as is on Ka'anapali Beach and Napili Bay also) so crossing over has to be timed with the waves in order to get there to swim and not get injured. At higher tides it was impossible to get across. Lokelani C 206 is located on the end of the complex right in front of the stairs to go down to get the beach. While sitting on our lanai (enjoying the gorgeous view of the ocean) we witnessed several families approach the stairway, look at where the beach is advertised at Hale Mahina and stand there with a bewildered look on their faces when they saw that the beach is now gone. We spoke with many other Lokelani guests and they were as dismayed as we are about not having the beach there and easily accessible. Consequently, many people were unable to enjoy a day on the beach and swim in the ocean. The picture on the Lokelani website still shows a beach in front of the facility that has now been completely overtaken by the ocean. Many of us guests at Lokelani felt that Lokelani needs to update their website's photo and description that it has a sweet little beach since sadly it is no longer the case.
  
  The grounds are well cared for. The pool and pool area are are sparkling clean. The one issue my family had is that the upstairs walkway that the guests who rent the two bedroom units use, was never cleaned. Because we were fortunate enough to spend twenty nine nights there, we watched it get quite dirty with spills that remained for our entire stay.

  Very nice location, close to Naanapali Coast/Black Rock beach and Lahaina. Really the best of both worlds. Lokelani is literally right on the beach. Small but private beach, yet, only 5-10 minutes north of Kaanapali and Lahaina. The unit was very clean and well stocked. We had visits from Sea Turtles and a Seal. Saw whale spouts in the distance. Great on-site service from Herb and Robert. Having 2 balconies allowed for plenty of quiet time, listening the ocean. Plenty of room for me, my wife, son and his girlfriend.

  Honokawai is such a lovely area, near enough to Lahaina and Kaanapali to be convenient but far enough away to offer quiet and Lokelani is in the perfect spot. There are grocery and convenience stores within a few blocks. The ocean is right below the upper lanai of this unit (off of the master bedroom) and the lower lanai (off of the living room). I am addicted to whale watching and sat for hours watching them. This unit even has multiple sets of binoculars. Green sea turtles also climb onto the beach right below this unit.
  The unit has great appliances—loved the full size washer and dryer. It has individually controlled central air in all rooms, fairly rare in this area. The upstairs full bath is large. The main floor 3/4 bath is very small but great for those times when everyone is trying to get ready at once. The kitchen has most things but bring Ziploc bags, plastic wrap, foil, and any spices you might use, other than salt and pepper.
  The unit and grounds were very clean and the management was responsive regarding a couple of missing items. You will have an assigned free parking spot so you never have to hunt for one.
  Be aware that this complex does NOT have an elevator and you will need to carry luggage up stairs.
  Two things that could be better:
  1) The mattresses in the second bedroom. There are twin beds with mattresses that seemed to be more for children than adults, so not very comfortable.
  2). The roll-up sunscreens on the lanai are in need of maintenance. They are not clean and do not operate very well.

We love everything about it from the ease of getting there to the wonder of opening the door and realizing you have two floors of pure ocean🥰.   We had a fantastic stay at Lokelani Condo. We loved the two lanais, the views, the beach right out front, the cleanliness of the property, and all of the amenities. We spent two evenings in Lahaina, just a few minutes away, and snorkeled at Honolua Bay, 10 minutes north. We even snorkeled at the beach right in front of the condo - we saw numerous fish, and the sea turtles come right up to the sand and nap.   We stayed one week end of August here, and the condo was everything we expected. It was very clean and has all the amenities that we need for our stay. The location was convenient and the pool & grounds were well kept. We used the grill once for dinner & there were plenty of grills for each building. The best part was the amazing view from this corner unit. The condo was updated with everything working. There was no AC downstairs as expected. It was hot when we first got there, but after few days we got used to it. There was an ocean breeze with the windows & doors open to take in the island life, but AC would maybe be better for those hot nights for those sleeping in the sofa bed. We saw many turtles from the nearby beach to the right. During low tides you can cross over & walk to the adjacent beach to snorkel or swim.
  
  Overall, the condo was everything we expected & very clean. There were no bugs anywhere. We were very Happy with our stay & felt right at home. We will definitely come back to stay again.

  The corner unit is very nice and very clean. It is updated with a great kitchen. Everything that we needed in order to cook meals was provided, including sharp knives. The washer and dryer seem new and worked well. The shared grill outside is convenient and well maintained. The condos are located about a 10 minute walk to a farmers’ market and about a mile from the beginning of the Kaanapali Beachwalk, which was great for a jog or walk in the a.m. The furthest we had to drive from the condo was about a 30 minute drive to Maalaea Harbor, everything else we did was a shorter drive than that, and we were quite active.
  
  The view from the lanais is spectacular and many times we saw turtles swimming out front. One evening, two big turtles came onto the beach to the right and spent the night. We snorkeled out front a couple of days but the surf was kind of rough while we were there. We did see a nice school of colorful fish.
  
  It was hot on Maui while we were there but it was still comfortable in the unit with the breeze. We were glad to have A/C in the bedrooms. Also, Liz was really helpful, especially pre-trip. We didn’t really have to ask for much while we were there.

  Our time at Lokelani is always great! The unit we stayed in was very clean and nicely decorated. The were a few items that were showing wear, such as the glass shelf and towel holder on the back of the door - both items were very loose in the wall. The only item that distracted from an excellent stay was the uncomfortable furniture on the lower lanai. I would suggest better cushions at the very least.

  We had a great stay at this condo. The ocean views were amazing. The apartment is centrally located and has access to a small beach. The rental itself seems very new and nice but there were a lot of small ants crawling around the house, especially in the bathrooms. Also, our wifi did not work while we were there. It would be nice to have a non-emergency line for contacting the rental agency over the weekends, since the office is only open M-F from 8-3:30. Overall we had a great stay and the views and sounds of the ocean were fantastic.

  I could not believe how lucky we were to have found this wonderful condo. I'll be honest when we first pulled up to the condos I felt a little worried after seeing such large buildings and thinking we were missing out on a huge property with lots of people. Couldn't have been more wrong. This smaller building makes you feel at "home".
  
  The minute you walk in through the door you are greeted by wall to wall floor to ceiling glass that overlooks the amazing ocean. You have arrived in Maui!!
  The condo itself has everything you will need for your stay and is very comfortable. Bedding could use some updating for my taste, but I realize that they use a service and sheets may not be their newest.
  
  The ocean front property is absolutely amazing and we loved enjoying the ocean every day. We saw turtles every day. No need to go anywhere on a snorkeling trip. Just swim outside your condo and see them every day.
  
  Liz the property manager was absolutely amazing. She was there to answer all our questions and was always willing to help.

  My three adult children and I had a wonderful Maui vacation in March 2018 and Lokelani was a huge part of what made our stay so special. We stayed in C206. We loved being on the beach, with so many windows, and hearing the waves all through the day. The practically private beach was lovely. The sea turtles such a treat. We loved all the space of this unit, the well stocked kitchen, the games cupboard, TV and equipment, large master bedroom, laundry facilities, etc. were perfect. There was not a thing we found lacking. The price made our trip affordable. I hope to be back to Maui again soon and would definitely want to stay at Lokelani the next time. BTW - great staff throughout the booking process, before our trip and during our stay!

  We have stayed at the Lokelani on two occasions. We are a family of 5 and stayed in the 2 Bedroom suite. They are a great layout and the views are exceptional. Our first visit was in a suite that needed upgrading desperately. So for our second vacation we booked an upgraded suite with air conditioning. We were excited to have a more comfortable stay but honestly it wasn't much better. The kitchen was more functional and better layout but the a/c in our kids room didn't work. As well as various fans that had either a burnt out light or the fan itself did t work. Shower faucets were difficult to operate and the entire suite needed a full clean. I spent part of a day cleaning my kids room. The floor was tiled but under the beds was filthy! And the blankets are all oversized so would drape down to the dirty floor. Behind all the furniture in all bedrooms and living room were full of dust bunnies. The unit didn't have any real cleaning supplies. I did buy a broom but could've used a mop as the whole unit was tiled.
  So besides the fact that this unit needs to be completely scrubbed clean and a few things to be fixed, it has so much potential. The location is fantastic, the grounds are upkept very well and the pool is a nice change from the salty ocean. The view from the balcony kept us from dining out every night. We much enjoyed having dinner and a glass of wine on the balcony watching for whales and enjoying the sunset!

That way the issue could have been resolved for you and for the next guests. - The AC remote for the kids room was back ordered at the time. The AC is not broken and can be operated via the working AC remote for the other bedroom or manually (pushing the buttons) on the unit. - Dust bunnies should have been cleaned by housekeeping prior to your arrival. We have addressed this unacceptable performance with housekeeping. - Fan/light switch has been replaced. - The difficult faucets to operate have all been replaced. Thank you for taking your time to make us aware of these issues, which are resolved.

  This location was superb! The ocean was right off the lanai as advertised. The interior was modern and very clean. The owners had everything you would need for kitchen supplies in a vacation. They had travel guides for Maui, binoculars, games, areas to hang bathing suits both indoors and outdoors. They had laundry in the unit which was very handy! There were two bedrooms and a pull out couch. The phantom fans on the lanai kept the air moving which kept us comfortable in the heat. Two showers made this perfect for our family of four. We couldn't have asked for more from a vacation destination. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. This location was perfect, only minutes away from free diving and snorkeling. We were right down the street from the farmers market where the produce was everything we hoped for from Maui. We would definitely stay at this location when we return to Maui!!!

  My family and I were planning to visit Maui for the first time and did not want to stay at a typical hotel or resort. I discovered the Lokelani Condos online and did my usual deep background research. Finding only positives, and no negatives, I booked unit C206 for its views and amenities. My (adult) children and I had a great time. The arrangements and planning went perfectly. Every need was anticipated - from keys to wifi password. Local information and a gift basket were provided on arrival. We only used the amenities lightly (TV, wifi, toaster) but there were appliances, supplies, etc for virtually every need available. The views are fantastic, from Molokai to the turtles coming up on the beach. The entire complex was quiet, peaceful, clean and well maintained. We would gladly stay here again.

  Everything about this condo was great-view from the balcony, space, beautiful inside, but there was one problem that would keep me from returning. There was no AC downstairs but with fans it was manageable, but the washer/dryer vented directly into the room which made it like a hot sauna. We went through lots of towels and other laundry so we ran the dryer a lot and it was very uncomfortable in the main living space. Guess we could have gone to a laundry mat but who wants to spent their time there, Told the office but they didn't seem too concerned. It would definitely be a building code violation here but maybe not in Hawaii. If you don't need to do any laundry, it's a great condo

  This corner condo- with two decks was fabulous.
  the furnishings, kitchen, and art work were perfect. the beach out front was easy- the waves and snorkeling also good. quiet get away from the massive crowds at the resorts (which you can visit per day-come back and sleep here at night with a peaceful morning)

  We had a wonderful stay again at condo C206! We have stayed here a few years ago, right after the full remodel and never thought we could re-live such a great stay! But this time it was just as we had remembered. Sitting on the deck with my family , watching the sunsets, turtles swimming by and the waves crashing to the beach right below us was all perfect. We have stayed in other resorts around Maui over the past 20 years and think these condos catch the Island Feeling better then anywhere else. Kim in the office provided anything we needed and has great ideas for your stay if you ask her. And the pool and grounds are taken care of daily by their full time staff. We own 4 vrbo 's in San Diego and know great support staff when we meet them. We will be back next year. Thanks again Kim.

  The moment we walked in and saw the ocean right in front of our deck we fell in love. It was clean, safe, and had everything we needed.   Just a phenomenal stay and an amazing property. Everything is so thoughtfully done. The kitchen is organized, easy, and tidy.   This must be the closest condo to the water. It was great to have coffee on the lani every morning to beautiful views and watch the sunset every evening. We saw the sea turtles swimming every day.

  We have enjoyed Lokelani in the past and thought we would try a different unit. Superb location at waters edge with sandy beach close by. Unit had air conditioning upstairs which we used minimally as the west side of the island is always windy. The negative..phone didn't work and was not repaired while we were there and the fridge leaked water when self defrosting twice a day. Also bbq smoke from another resort next door, permiated the air of our lanai during the evening supper hours. All in all we made the best of everything as we enjoy Maui very much!
